How Does Pallet Delivery Work?

Plastic pallets are used to deliver a large number of goods at once efficiently and safely. They make moving large amounts of product around the warehouse easier for employees, and allow businesses to move huge amounts of stock quickly.
In simple terms, pallet delivery is the process of moving goods securely from one location to another. So when we say that we do pallet delivery for plastic pallets, you know that our goods are sure to arrive safely and efficiently.
Types of plastic pallets we deliver
Euro plastic pallets
Our Euro plastic pallets are the standard size used to transport all kinds of products and goods across Europe. They are especially useful for working with EU countries as they prevent importing companies from needing to repack goods when they arrive. We also offer our Euro pallet size for an array of pallets such as strong nestable, closed and open deck, and reinforced open and closed deck.
Non standard plastic pallets
Our non standard plastic pallets are the perfect choice if you are in need of a specialist sized pallet for your warehouse or facility if you have limited storage capacity. They offer all the same advantages as Euro and standard pallets, but they don’t have the same dimension restrictions.
Standard plastic pallets
All our standard plastic pallets are 1200mm x 1000mm. They can be delivered within a range of different specifications and designs. Plus, they can be manufactured in a more lightweight budget form, or you can choose a heavy-duty version that is ideal for especially heavy loads. If you are in need of pallets that can be used in hygienic environments, then our standard pallets are perfect for you. They are easy to clean efficiently which is important in the event of hazardous spills.
Our delivery service
At Plastic Pallets, we offer a fast, flexible delivery service to our customers across the mainland UK. Our standard delivery from stock usually requires two to three working days after the order has been placed. This time period is based on the assumption that the order had been made between the normal working hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Unfortunately, delivery requests made outside of these hours may be subject to a surcharge.
You can expect free delivery for any orders totalling over £250 (including VAT). For orders under £250, there will be an additional £49 delivery fee. We also offer a next day delivery service on stock items as long as the order is placed before 12:00 pm, for an additional £20.00 surcharge. We’re pleased to provide a tail lift for £5.00 for any deliveries that may require it.
If you only have a small window of time that you’re available to receive your order, we can also do timed deliveries upon request for a small extra charge. These timings can be for the morning, afternoon, or even on Saturdays.
Sometimes on smaller orders, you may be provided a ‘slave’ pallet to protect your consignment. This is to ensure your goods can arrive safely and without damage.
Our collection services
Unlike many other plastic pallets providers, we can also collect pallets alongside our deliveries!
We pride ourselves on our sustainable business practices. As part of these practices, we collect and retrieve unused or broken plastic pallets and crates from other businesses. With this service, we can ensure that plastic pallets are discarded properly, with every opportunity to be reused or recycled. By calling us to take your unwanted plastic pallets, you are taking responsible steps to make sure that they don’t end up in a landfill.
Most discarded plastic pallets can be repaired and resold to be used again, or they can be broken down into plastic beads to be reformed into new pallets or other plastic products!

Returns & refunds
We offer our customers a return period of up to four weeks from the date of delivery on any stock items which have not been used and are in the same condition as they were when sent for delivery. If any of your goods have been damaged in transit and you wish for a refund, as long as it’s signed and stated at the time of delivery and reported to us within seven days we can refund your order or replace the damaged goods.
