As a minimum, we will require a collection of 50 pallets. This does depend on your location and the what type of pallets you have.
Our pallet recycling service is available to our customers all across the UK.
If you have unused wooden pallets that you want to get rid of, please contact our team. They’ll be happy to help you remove them using our pallet recycling service.

Delivery is free on orders of £400.00 or more (excluding VAT). For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of £59.00 will apply.

Providing the products are in stock when ordered, delivery will take between 1 and 3 working days (depending on the delivery method you have selected). Some parts of Scotland can take up to 5 working days.
Yes, we do offer a next day and timed delivery services. Next day deliveries must be placed before 12.00 pm in order for you to receive your order the very next day. (Excluding parts of Scotland) Please specify this when ordering.

No, a tail lift truck can be requested to deliver your goods (please specify this on your order). You can also request this upon checkout via our online shop.
We offer a return, refund or replacement policy if your order is not as described, lost or damaged. We will need signed paperwork on receipt of goods stating this before any action can be taken. This must be actioned within a week or receiving your order.
