Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY FROM STOCK

Standard delivery from stock is within two – three working days of the order being placed. This is based on the order being delivered to the specified address between normal working hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. (Deliveries requested outside of these hours may be subject to a surcharge) This may not apply for deliveries to some parts of Scotland and Ireland and will inform you of this shortly after placing your order.

Our standard delivery is free providing the order total is over £300.00 inclusive of VAT otherwise a £49.00 delivery charge will apply. Please note a surcharge may apply for orders being delivered to some parts of Scotland and Ireland. if a surcharge does apply we will contact you shortly after the order has been placed to advise you of this.

We do offer a Next Day service on stock items if the order is placed before 12.00pm, a £20.00 surcharge will apply. This may not apply for deliveries to some parts of Scotland and Ireland and will inform you of this shortly after placing your order.

Timed, AM and PM and Saturday deliveries are also available upon request and may be subject to an extra charge.

Any deliveries which require a tail lift would be subject to a £5.00 additional charge.

To insure the best chances your goods arrive on time, please ensure any delivery restrictions are made clear when the order is placed. Any costs incurred through failed deliveries, where the client or his representative is not available to accept the delivery or delivery access is blocked or not suitable for the delivery driver will be payable by the client.

Special requirements such as special colours and additional printings and branding may incur a longer lead time. This will normally be highlighted by your sales representative and made clear on your quotation.

Please note, on smaller orders you may receive a ‘slave’ pallet to protect your consignment.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled or amended before your order has been processed, after an order has been processed and dispatched we cannot cancel or make amendments to any order.

Orders made through our online shop and already paid for can be cancelled providing providing the order has not been dispatched. The original payment method will be refunded minus a 3% transaction and administration fee. Orders which are refused delivery may incur additional transportation charges.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS (Including goods damaged in transit and delivery shortfalls)

Stock items which have not been used and is in the same condition can be returned up to four weeks from the date of delivery for a refund. The original delivery of the order and the return delivery must be paid by the client.

Any compensation or refunds in result to goods delivered which have been damaged in transit will need to be stated and signed for at the time of delivery and must be reported to us within 7 days.

Orders which are refused delivery may incur additional transportation charges.
