Delivery & Returns Policy
DELIVERY FROM STOCK
Standard delivery from stock is within two – three working days of the order being placed. This is based on the order being delivered to the specified address between normal working hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Our standard delivery is free providing the order total is over £250.00 inclusive of VAT otherwise a £49.00 delivery charge will apply.
We do offer a Next Day service on stock items if the order is placed before 12.00pm, a £20.00 surcharge will apply.
Timed, AM and PM and Saturday deliveries are also available upon request and may be subject to an extra charge.
To guarantee your goods arrive on time, please ensure any delivery restrictions are made clear when the order is placed. Any costs incurred through failed deliveries, where the client or his representative is not available to accept the delivery, will be payable by the client.
Special requirements such as special colours and additional printings and branding may incur a longer lead time. This will normally be highlighted by your sales representative and made clear on your quotation.
Orders can only be cancelled or amended before your order has been processed, after an order has been processed and dispatched we cannot cancel or make amendments to any order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (INCLUDING GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT)
Stock items which have not been used and is in the same condition can be returned up to four weeks from the date of delivery for a refund. The original delivery of the order and the return delivery must be paid by the client.
Any compensation or refunds in result to goods delivered which have been damaged in transit will need to be stated and signed for at the time of delivery.
